Agreement to Terms
By accessing our stores, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Products and Services
Product Sales
- All products sold are genuine and come with official manufacturer warranties unless specified otherwise
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service
- Product availability is subject to stock levels
Repair Services
- Repair estimates are provided based on initial diagnosis and may change if additional issues are discovered
- We are not responsible for data loss; customers should backup their devices before service
- Repair turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Repaired devices come with a warranty period as specified at time of service
Warranty and Returns
Product Warranty
- New devices come with manufacturer's warranty as specified
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications
- Original purchase receipt must be presented for warranty claims
- Warranty is void if device shows signs of tampering or unauthorized repair
Return Policy
- Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase in original condition with all accessories
- Restocking fees may apply
- Opened or activated devices may not be eligible for return
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
Payment Terms
- Payment is required at time of purchase unless installment plan is arranged
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and mobile payment methods
- Installment plans are subject to approval and additional terms
- All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- Repair services require deposit or full payment before work begins
Trade-In Program
- Trade-in values are assessed at time of evaluation and may vary
- Devices must be in working condition with no password/activation locks
- Trade-in credit is valid for purchases at IT Garden Mobile Shop only
- We reserve the right to refuse trade-ins that do not meet our standards
- Customer is responsible for removing all personal data before trade-in
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when purchasing products or requesting services
- Backup all data before repairs or service
- Remove password protection and activation locks before service
- Maintain products according to manufacturer guidelines
- Report any issues with products or services within reasonable timeframe
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- IT Garden Mobile Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question
- We are not responsible for data loss, lost profits, or business interruption
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed at our stores or in our materials are owned by IT Garden Mobile Shop or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute:
- Contact our customer service team first to attempt resolution
- Disputes will be governed by the laws of Myanmar
- Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Yangon, Myanmar
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
